Backing up our Words

Last December 6, approximately 25 came for the "prayer mobilization meeting." The Boiler Room was packed and some of them had to sit close to each other. It is always wonderful to have more voices singing praises and more people putting in their impressions. Despite the number of people who came, and the anyone-can-pray-aloud atmosphere, the prayer stayed focused.

We didn't have any specific agenda that evening except that we all know that we're there to mobilize JREV intercession, with the long-term vision of seeing 24-7 houses of prayer.

After entering into worship, Raymi had a strong impression that God wants us to be still. We stayed in listening mode until the Lord let us to songs of intimacy.

Then there were also impressions about God enveloping us with the blanket of His love. It was an invitation to receive the love of God.

We eventually flowed into intercession, God's leading was focused on the church. We kept praying for the Church until we sensed a release in the Spirit.

My personal assessment for the prayer session that evening (as well as the other prayer sessions before this) is that God really wants to take the intercessors deeper in Intimacy. This may sound like a generic word but I truly sense that this is a "NOW" word for us. It has been as though every time we enter into worship or prayer, the hearts need to go through some ploughing in order to become tender before the Lord, and tender enough to sense His heart. We should also guard against the tendency to take off in praying for the usual concerns and burdens right away, and thus, neglect the deeper stirrings of the Holy Spirit.

I also sense that we need to go into another season of fasting. I sense a need for a number of commited volunteers who are willing to be broken again by God, allowing their hearts to be ploughed. I feel we have been lacking this tenderness of heart before the Lord. It is growing increasingly difficult to just come with an overflow of thanksgiving and worship. I feel that the promises of God has made us more focused on "agenda" rather than love for God's presence.

It has become increasingly difficult to gather. Somehow, the years that have passed have become a test of cultivating hunger for God. As intercessors, I believe our role is crucial in shifting the atmosphere, or shifting the gear of this movement. But there can be no acceleration without combustion of fuel. We need to get our hearts back. We need to get the vision back. We need to get the fire back. We need to back up our words and jumping with real tangible commitment - investing time, getting dirt into our fingernails, skipping meals, pressing on in Word and prayer. There can be no fire without fuel. And we can only watch our life burn as we go on our knees and pray.

Nazirite Prayer Mobilization - December 6, 2010

NAZIRITE PRAYER MOBILIZATION
DECEMBER 6, 2010
MONDAY, 6:30 PM
LIFE CENTER - CUBAO QC

Dear Forerunner,

It's time to accelerate!

It's almost Christmas and another year is about to close! We have seen God move in awesome ways this year. Some of these ways, I even find miraculous. For these, I am utterly grateful.

However, rather than feeling satisfaction, a hunger for more is stirred up within me. God is answering our prayers and what could stop God from pouring out more of His glory if we will pray some more with the same zeal as Isaiah?

For Zion’s sake I will not keep silent,
for Jerusalem’s sake I will not remain quiet,
till her righteousness shines out like the dawn,
her salvation like a blazing torch. — Isaiah 62:1
I am reminded too of a prophetic word released by Cindy Jacobs almost 10 years ago,

"I'm getting ready to dethrone everything that needs to be dethroned, for even the bowls of heaven are full. Oh, I see the bowls in heaven are just getting ready to be tipped over the Philippines and I am going to spill out my glory!" (italics mine)

It's time to fill the bowls!

I am excited to see God 'spill out His glory.' It is with such excitement that we are calling for a meeting of Nazirite Training graduates and JREV volunteers with two agendas:

TO INTERCEDE, and TO MOBILIZE PRAYER WARRIORS.

God is calling us to begin a massive mobilization of Nazirite Forerunner Intercession ...and you must be part of it!

Take your place as a forerunner. Now is the time!

You must come on December 6, 2010. It will be from 6:30 to 8:30 pm at the Life Center, 39 Miami cor. Columbia Sts. Cubao, Quezon City.

Find out how we can fill the bowls of heaven! Send us your feedback or attendance confirmation by replying to this e-mail. You may also text 922-4492324.

Have a most joyous Christmas season and God bless you indeed!

On with the revolution,

3-Nov 2010, the Boiler Room

Prepared by: Rhema
Hi everyone! Here's a recap of yesterday's intercession nights. I have just based it from my memory so should you have any corrections, necessary additions just let me know...^_^

Attendees: Kuya Troy, Ate Neneth, Rhema

- the worship was focused on seeking God's face. I felt an outpour of God's love in our hearts. We asked God for more and more of Him and less of us.
- through our prayer of more of Him we prayed for:
*outpouring of hunger and fresh anointing of love for God at the JRev night on Nov. 15. No one will leave JRev night without experiencing Him and without seeking and finding the Lord.
*blessings to Pastor Jerome and that the word he will speak will come directly from the Lord and that the message will make a deep impact in the hearts of those who will come.
*those who will come at the JRev night will not only seek the Lord on that day but everyday!
*we all prayed for friends, relatives and churchmates who have waned away from God especially those who have grown cold towards Him. We prayed for a new fire of hunger to seek His love and His face will fall upon them.
*the whole nation to know that He is God and hunger for the Lord will strike in every Filipino's hearts.
*blessings and protection to each of us especially to Riza for the Lord to use her in Zamboanga

God bless everyone! Hope to see you all again next week...^_^

27-Oct 2010, the Boiler Room

This piece is a bit overdue. It has been almost two weeks since God gave us this word while we were praying in the boiler room (last last Wednesday).

As usual, we started off with worship. I was leading with the guitar. As we began to flow more with the Holy Spirit, I found myself praying in tongues on and off. I could also hear Weena speaking in tongues. We were trying to sense the Spirit's leading. After a couple of songs, I stopped singing. I sensed we had to wait in silence. Weena asked if you can share a word.

I have requested her to write it down but while waiting for her narration, I've decided to share it best as I can.:

She said God has always been faithful to give her a vision whenever she'd ask for one. That night, she asked God. She waited but none came. This was while we were worshiping. I had also uttered a prayer asking God for strategies. Then God spoke to her firm and lovesick words.

God gave her an impression of her being so close to Him, His face almost touching hers. It was a place of intimacy and God said that if she were that close to Him, the strategies are not really an issue. With no difficulty, no effort or strain, the strategies would just flow. She was in tears while she was relaying this prophetic word. God was after intimacy.

Kuya Troy said in response, that he could feel his heart breaking inside. I felt it too. God's heart was breaking with a hunger for our hearts. God is looking for wholeheartedness. Not wholeheartedness in ministry, but wholeheartedness in DESIRING HIM.

Further expounding, this was what I got from what Weena shared:

How far have our hearts distanced itself from God? Most of us have come to a point where we are only use worship as a vehicle to get to a place where we can ask God for stuff. Our hearts no longer have this yearning to JUST LINGER and feel His breath on our face. Instead, in a hurried stance, we would sing songs, more eager to ask rather than just to GAZE at God and have 'quality time' and fellowship with Him. When was the last time we just 'enjoyed' Him for the sake of enjoying Him? Yes, we're hungry for His presence but we are also more hungry for other things. It takes so much effort to choose Him now. Gone were the days when turning down entertainment was effortless because we simply knew the value of seeking God for the sake of seeking God. Gone were the days when we really burned with the desire for the pleasures of knowing God.

As Weena was sharing though, I was not surprised at all. She was not present during our prayer meeting the week before. That was the time when I shared to the group how JREV intercessors used to pray. We'd come together without a guitar. No we don't even start off with a song. But God would always almost instantly come with the spirit of intercession. And there was almost always just one prayer: WE WANT YOUR PRESENCE LORD. NOTHING MORE AND NOTHING LESS THAN YOUR PRESENCE. And this was what fueled a revolution that has expanded its breadth and depth... reaching people's lives more deeply through Nazirite Trainings and reaching diverse cultures across the globe.

I told the group that this has been the same thing God's been speaking to me. And honestly, I have been having a hard time trying to "go back." I mean, I do pray a lot. I read the word. I seek Him passionately. But I know that something in my heart is just no longer the same. And it's not a retreat or conference thing that would solve it. It has to be something more steady and lasting. We need to cultivate hunger - not just for prayer of righteousness but hunger first and foremost for that ONE THING. We need that spirit that provokes us to pray, WE WANT YOUR PRESENCE GOD and we need to pray it like we mean it.

Days ago, while I was in Zamboanga, I was reminded again of that prayer that we used to pray. I got to meet a young intercessors and she shared how she started off always being burdened to pray for the church service alone in the ladies' room. She would always pray one prayer, let Your presence fall Lord. We want Your presence.

It is not that we do not pray this anymore. We DO pray it still. But last last Wednesday, we just had a painful sense that we do not long for God anymore as much as we used to long for Him. We need Him today more than ever. We understand that it takes God to love God. That is why we are asking Him right now to revive our hearts and birth lovesickness once again.

20-Oct 2010, the Boiler Room

Attendance: nenet, ella, troy, rhema, riza

Prophetic Prayers:
(1) New season with fresh Holy Spirit presence. God's glory to saturate.
(2) God to raise up the Philippines as a nation of Nazirites.
(3) Decreed humility, holiness and hunger.
(4) Declared a harvest, souls, hunger for souls
(5) Apostolic -- prayer, intercession and worship
(6) Scripture on bearing fruit <to follow>
(7) Decreed fruitfulness, abundance, new blessing of every kind: souls, finances, maturity, etc. on the churches in the nation
(8) Prophesied churches are opening up to God's new wine and new oil, to the Holy Spirit's power

Visions:
(1) Papaya tree with fruits then a Papaya tree with flowers. The flowers looked like the flowers of a male Papaya tree signifying that this tree is does not bear fruit but only flowers. The impression was that there was an emphasis being made on bearing fruit.
(2) Another one had a vision of Palm tree with leaves extending. Also an impression growth after a storm. God is causing growth after 'the storm.'
(3) Vision of the Philippine map turning green < fruitfulness and abundance

Last week, God's word was to decree things rather than just pray so we followed it by decreeing things that the Holy Spirit impressed. We're believing for a fresh season of abundance and Holy Spirit overflow.

October: Week 2

REPORT.
Attendees: Riza, Rhema, Nenet, Troy, Jason, Ella, Amy
Impressions during tonight’s prayer meeting:
(1) Let’s bring our empty cups to God so He could fill it up.
(2) KEY. Decree things because God has given us the key.
Isaiah 22:22
22 I will place on his shoulder the key to the house of David; what he opens no one can shut, and what he shuts no one can open.
Revelations 3:7
These are the words of him who is holy and true, who holds the key of David. What he opens no one can shut, and what he shuts no one can open.
(3) For the National Leadership Team: Proverbs 3 – Trust in the Lord and lean not on your own understanding. 70 men sent out – prayed for the leaders in the NLT.
Things we prayed for:
1) In response to the first word, we prayed to God for families, and churches represented. Brought to God our cups and asked Him to fill it to overflowing. There was a sense of God’s love just pouring over us. We also prayed for God’s move to overflow in the campuses.
2) In response to the second word, we prayed for God to open doors to campuses. We also decreed other things
3) We prayed for wisdom for the NLT meeting on Saturday. We prayed for Ptr. Jerome and co. in Europe. We prayed for refreshing, encouragement, and renewed intimacy for JREV.
4) We also prayed for God to restore other JREV volunteers, for them to be drafted in again with a fresh passion for God.
Before worship started, we also shared about how God is leading us back into intimacy with Him.
